Description: The best pickup in SLO County!
All skill levels welcome, games are high intensity but friendly with usually several club (or ex-club) players. There are usually plenty of subs and we typically play for 2 1/2 hours ish. Most people show up around 6pm to warm up, play starts promptly at 6:30pm. We play under lights most of the year.
Registration and a $10 per season payment is required but can be done at the field through Joel or online (see below). Players can register at any time during the season.
Our pickup seasons run for 12-14 weeks Fall, Summer, and Winter with league play during the Summer.
If there is rain, look for an email or on Facebook with alternate field location - most likely Laguna Middle School. The rain hotline is 781-7301.
Bring a dark and a white shirt and water.

Description: Goaltimate is a modified ultimate game that is played on a half field. Goals are scored when the disc is advanced through a large pvc arch. Originally considered a substitute for ultimate and used when attendance was low (can play with 6-10), goaltimate has now become its own sport with a loyal following of players across the nation including pickup, leagues, and tournaments.
Welcome to San Luis Obispo Goaltimate! This game was established 10/18/2012. Currently the game is being played on French Park b/c we like the added element that a slight hill brings to the game. (Directions to French Park: take Tank Farm off Broad heading towards Orcutt Rd, then take a right on Poinsettia, park will be on the left).
Now that we are consistently playing at French-- the game is almost never cancelled due to weather!
This game is moderately competitive, but newcomers are welcome. Bring a light and a dark.
