Description: Beginner - intermediate level co-ed ultimate pickup. This is on a grass field, but no cleats are allowed. Sneakers or turf shoes are OK.

This group also meets for holiday games (Thanksgiving morning, for example) or the occasional Thursday night game.

This recently got moved up to a 9:30 show time - it used to be a 10:00 show time. Email the mailing list if you are curious about the current start time.

Ski Beach Goaltimate

Description: This is a men's Goaltimate pickup game.

Bring a light and a dark shirt.
Be thick skinned; goaltimate is more intense than ultimate. This group has been playing together for a long time and although it might get rough on the fields, there's nothing but love after the games.

During the winter, the Tuesday game is at a different location under the lights at Clairemont Rec Center.

Description: Year-round co-ed ultimate frisbee pickup.

Glass fields, cleats encouraged. Fun, intermediate level play. Beginner friendly.

Dogs not technically allowed but some people try their luck anyways.


NOTE: Alternate location is all the way on the east end of the parking lot, along the bay.

Description: Long established beach game, all year round, in any weather. Lights from the Capri Hotel shine on the beach and light our games for free!

Big field, 6v6, stall 6, 2 point end-to-end rule. Warmup til 8:30, then 2-5 games to 11.

Seasonal co-ed pickup ultimate on lit fields. Fields are generally pretty dry - it is half grass and half dirt.

This game can be very competitive when the right crowd shows up, or an intermediate game. Either way, it is not really intended for complete beginners.

Description: We are a "hearty mix" of ultimate players of various backgrounds, ages, and playing levels. If you are interested in ultimate in the San Diego area, this would probably be a fun group to join!

During the summer daylight saving time, we start around 4 pm on Sunday at Doyle Elementary School which is 1 block south of Nobel Dr and Regent Rd. If the school field is not available, the Doyle Community park is our backup field. If both are not available, we will move to Nobel Community center next to 805 on Nobel drive.

During the fall (after the end of daylight saving time), we start at 2:30 pm.
