Description: Having lots of fun while meeting new people and engaging in some crazy exercise through the amazing sport of... ULTIMATE FRISBEE! This group is geared around the 20s/30s age bracket, but anyone who wants to play is invited.

No experience necessary and we have a good mix of beginning and more serious play. If you are new to the sport, we will go over the rules and you'll catch on by playing. Feel free to invite friends and family by indicating guests on your RSVP!

Always bring lots of water and sunscreen (if necessary). as well as a white shirt and a dark shirt. We play rain or shine (no thunderstorms though!) FYI, these are pick-up games and we'll probably play for about two hours each time we meet.
