Description: Quijotes+Dulcineas: the largest ultimate frisbee club in Madrid, and one of the oldest in Spain. We organize open practices on Thursdays in Aluche, 20:15-22:15h. Nothing too competitive, just some throwing, maybe a drill or two, then playing in different configurations.

Description: ???? Join Madrid's most vibrant Ultimate Frisbee community! Whether you're an experienced player or completely new to the sport, Disckatus welcomes players of all levels. We combine competitive spirit with a friendly, supportive atmosphere where you can improve your game while making great friends.
Our experienced players will help you learn the basics if you're starting out, or challenge you to up your game if you're more advanced. We focus on good spirit, fair play, and having fun while staying active.
What to expect:

- Regular weekly trainings
- Mix of competitive play and learning opportunities
- Great way to stay fit and meet new people in Madrid
Bring water, sports clothes, and your best attitude - we'll provide the discs! We start on time and usually play for about 2 hours.
