Sundays: 3:00 - 5:30 PM (Year-Round)
Tuesdays: 6:30 - 8 PM (Daylight Saving Time only)
Wednesdays: 6:30 - 8 PM (Daylight Saving Time only))
Fields: Grass
Description: These are good-spirited and welcoming games.
The Sunday and Wednesday games usually attract intermediate and advanced players that range from weathered pickup players to league players to club players.
The Tuesday game attracts less experienced players and is mellower (no stall count). It's definitely beginner friendly. There is still plenty of hard running, though.
The Sunday game runs year-round and usually gets enough attendance for 7's plus subs. The game is on as long as it isn't raining harder than a drizzle. The Tuesday and Wednesday only run during Daylight Saving Time (e.g. NOT November to February).
Status updates for these games are sent to the following email groups:
Sunday -- bayareadisc@yahoogroups.com, oaktechdisc@yahoogroups.com
Tuesday -- ultimate_tuesday@yahoogroups.com
Wednesday -- oaktechdisc@yahoogroups.com

Thursday Pickup @ Gilman
Website:
http://www.bayareadisc.orgThursdays: 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm
Cost: $5 per game to cover lights (or pay $15 for the whole season)
Fields: Lit turf (Gilman Sports Complex)
Description: Pickup at Gilman is currently OFF (ie not happening)
Because the field rental is a 2 hr. timeslot, this pickup game draws the most punctual crowd ever in the history of Ultimate. No, seriously. As soon as the previous activity clears we get the cones onto the field and start about 10 minutes past the hour.
Please register and pay for the "Season Pass" if you plan to be there most Thursdays, because it will help streamline admin work. The cost is only $15 for the Season Pass vs. $5 per drop-in session. If you prefer to drop-in without registering online, make sure to leave your $5 with one of the organizers before you leave.
Register and pay at: http://www.bayareadisc.org/login/login.asp
Another new thing for this year is a request from the pickup organizers, Aaron and Jason. When both fields get crowded, please do NOT wait to sub in from the narrow gap between the 2 fields.

Fields: grass - cleats are popular
Description: 12/12/2011 UPDATE: Come play on 12/18, since there will be no game on 12/25 or 1/1 due to the holidays!
Come out to Sunday afternoon ultimate with Coalition Frisbee Workers!
This game plays every Sunday unless posted otherwise on the Facebook page - only major holidays or heavy afternoon rain typically cancel the game.
This is a no-stress, low-key, friendly pick-up game that welcomes players of all skill/experience levels, abilities, ages, and genders. We come to have fun and play hard – aggressive attitudes stay home.
We congregate by the tree and trash can near Barrett & Jacksol - come introduce yourself! Bring a white and a dark shirt, there is a bathroom and water fountain at the park.
We play by current UPA rules, but defense marks up for a dropped pull (no turnover) and we generally give the benefit of the doubt for close catches, questionable fouls, etc.
Check the Facebook page for current updates!
