Join us at Palmengarten, a public park close to the city center and easy to reach by bike. Tram and bus stops are about a 10-minute walk away.

What to expect: typically 8 to 20 people per session, co-ed, with a good mix of skill levels from beginners to experienced. Games usually don't start on time. The first ~20 minutes is throwing and individual warm-ups.
Bring your own water/refreshments as well as a light and a dark shirt if you can, cleats or sports shoes with good grip (recommended) and your own disc if you have one.
There are no fees to join.

Join us for beach ultimate every Wednesday at Lake Cospuden. We meet around 5 pm, but don't expect a game right away. We play 5 on 5 (mixed) for about 2 hours and are well attended. You'll see all skill levels from beginners to very advanced. Please bring a light and dark shirt plus your own water/refreshments

Getting there By bike: ~35 minutes from the city centre. By car: Free parking at Parkplatz Nordstrand, followed by a 20-minute walk. By public transport (S-Bahn): Take the S3, S5, or S5X to Markkleeberg Station. From there... Option 1: With your bike, it’s about a 7-minute ride to the beach. Option 2: Take bus 65 and get off at Cospudener See/Nordstrand.
