Description: Sunday time changes seasonally so be sure to call, text, or email to ensure accurate time has been posted. Wednesday stays 7pm all year. Everyone is welcome to join us. We are always hungry for new people and new energy out on the field.

We are a very casual co-ed group with the full spectrum of athleticism and Frisbee talent. We love all skill levels to join us! You are never too experienced or inexperienced.

Sunday = Sedona Red Rock High School football field
Wednesday = Posse Grounds (park) Softball Fields; near West Sedona Elementary
