Antelope Valley Ultimate is a group of guys (and a few women) that enjoys the friendly competition and exercise that Ultimate Frisbee affords. We've been playing since about mid-1993 and have anywhere from 8 to 20 players on any given day, ranging in age from early twenties to late-fifties. Most of us work at Edwards AFB, either for the Air Force, NASA, or associated contractors. Also, we're mostly from Lancaster and Palmdale; however, some have come as far away as Ridgecrest and Wrightwood! All skill levels welcome!
