This is a free, recurring Ultimate Frisbee pickup event that is beginner- and intermediate-friendly. It is hosted by the Panama National Flying Disc Federation at the City of Knowledge grounds, with the authorization of the City of Knowledge Foundation.

Games typically begin between 4:30 PM and 5:00 PM. Pickup sessions are cancelled in the event of rain or on weekends when official tournaments are being held.

Teams are formed from the players in attendance. When multiple teams are present, games are played in a “King of the Hill” format, with matches capped at 2 points to allow for frequent rotation. Up to three games may be played simultaneously, depending on attendance and field availability.
