This is a women's ultimate frisbee social group, we get together on the 1st Friday of every month!
Beginner friendly, all ages & skill levels welcome, no experience needed! :)
What to bring: water, running shoes/cleats, a dark shirt, and a light shirt.
Warmer months: we play frisbee and we go out afterwards for food, ice cream, etc.
Colder months: we get together and do something fun! Usually indoors!
