This isn't just for women. The fredericksburg mother's is one of the oldest ultimate groups in the country. Why "mothers"? Because George Washington grew up in Fredericksburg and the university here has his mom's name on it. We are all mothers around here that play ultimate.

We are a group that plays hard till the sun goes down. But we welcome all ages. Currently we have 60~80% that are willing to run hard. So this isn't a group that is trying to find out how to throw a disc. Although we will teach!

But it is pickup. Don't think you see zone defense or a ho stack often, if at all.

Bring a white and a dark jersey and come out.
